2023 ODAC Cross Country Preview

The ODAC cross country season kicks off on Friday, so it was natural that we talked to a few of the league's head coaches entering the 2023 campaign. J.J Nekoloff is joined by ODAC cross country coaches chair and Washington and Lee men's coach Brandon Spalding, University of Lynchburg mentor Jake Reed, and new Roanoke College head coach Derek Workman as they touch on last year's banner season and what to expect this year on several avenues including returning athletes, team strength within the region, and champion venue breakdowns for the ODAC meet in Salem, the regionals in Georgia, and the national championships in Pennsylvania.
