General Policies and Procedures for Facility Space Reservations

Please read the following guidelines before reserving a facility space.

  1. All activities using Bryan Athletics facilities must be arranged for and reserved with the Sports Information Director.
  2. Facility space requests must be submitted by emailing alex.horton@bryan.edu.
  3. Scheduling an event well in advance is recommended. Bryan Athletics encourages groups to request their space at least two weeks in advance.
  4. Due to the limited amount of indoor and outdoor Athletics facility space, the Athletics Department is not able to reserve facility space on a regular basis for non-department use such as university departments, student organizations, or non-university groups.
  5. Requests for the fall semester may be submitted for review after July 1 and after November 1 for the spring semester.
